Once you’re booked in, our highly skilled two-person team will arrive for your initial deep clean. We don’t just do glass — we clean frames, sills, doors and velux windows as standard.

After this, we’ll set you up on our preferred 4-weekly cleaning round to keep your windows looking flawless — year-round. Need a bit more flexibility? We also offer a 5–6 weekly schedule.

We’ll send you a friendly text reminder the day before your clean, so you’re never caught off guard. No awkward surprises — just great service, right on schedule.

When we take on a new property, the windows are often coated with months (sometimes years!) of built-up dirt, residue, and pollution. A regular maintenance clean just isn’t enough — and that’s where our First Clean process makes all the difference.

We use a combination of eco-friendly, biodegradable soap and our signature heated pure water system to cut through grime, lift stubborn dirt, and restore the glass and frames to a spotless finish. This initial deep clean takes around double the time of a standard visit — because we refuse to cut corners.

Once your windows meet our quality benchmark, every subsequent clean will be faster, easier, and charged at our regular maintenance rate.
