Mossy carpet on your roof?
Did you know that leaving your roof tiles mossy could lead to leaks in your loft?
We have an extensive solution for you that will transform your home.
1. We will carefully scape every square inch of every tile on your roof with our specialist custom scrapers. This will remove all loose moss, built up lichens and roots that have grown on the surface of the tiles and in between each tile.
2. Using our petrol pressure washer (on a low pressure) we will gently rinse down from top to bottom any small loose debris down to the gutter.
3. Using our gutter vaccuum, we will clear the guttering.
4. Should there be any lead flashing, we will coat it with a protective solution.
5. This is where the magic happens. Using our specialist softwash solution, we coat the entire roof safely with our water-fed-pole brushes, leaving it to soak in. After sufficient time has passed, the softwash is rinsed off.
6. Where we differ, we add a second coat of a biocide treatment. Once applied we leave this on your roof and let nature take care of the rest.
*Beware of other companies (cowboys) using high powered pressure washers directly onto the roof tiles. This is a big no no. This method of cleaning will damage roof tiles by stripping the top layer of the tile away and will significantly reduce their life.
