We clean year-round, and rain doesn’t affect the results of our pure water system.

We’ll only postpone if the weather is extreme (for example, intense continuous rain, high strong winds or blizzards).

To keep your windows looking their best all year round, we recommend maintaining a regular cleaning schedule. Each visit helps preserve the results of your initial deep clean and prevents dirt and buildup from returning.

Please note that your first clean is a more detailed and time-intensive service, which is reflected in the higher initial cost. After that, all ongoing visits are charged at our standard maintenance rate.

If you’re away on holiday or we can’t access your property, that’s absolutely fine — just let us know before your scheduled visit. However, if a clean is missed without notice, we may need to perform a more thorough service next time, which can result in a slightly higher charge to bring your windows back up to our GS Pro Clean standard.

No, you don’t need to be home.

As long as we have safe access to your windows or garden areas, we’ll complete your clean as usual. We’ll shut all gates for you on leaving your property.

We use GoCardless, a secure direct debit system.

Payments are only taken five days after your clean, not in advance.

There’s no need to set up standing orders or remember to pay — everything is handled automatically.

To help us work efficiently and safely:

  • Please unlock gates and ensure we can access all windows
  • Ideally make sure all windows are closed
  • Remove obstructions such as bins or garden furniture
  • Clear pet mess to protect our equipment and keep things hygienic
